The Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has officially launched its website on Monday that will enable vehicle owners to check for possible road violations recorded under the No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP).

MMDA Chairman Atty. Don Artes said that motorists can now see their violations through its website mayhulika.mmda.gov.ph, by simply entering their plate or conduction sticker and their motor vehicle (MV) file number, which is specifically added as an extra layer of security and protection.

“The inclusion of the MV file number is an added security and protection so that only the vehicle owners can securely check their violations under NCAP,” said Artes in a statement.

Aside from real-time information, “May Huli Ka 2.0” website also provides drivers a walkthrough on payment processing, fine settlement, and dispute resolution — a feature MMDA previously lacked.

Artes also said that the website is still due for certain system upgrades including real-time messages, email notifications, online payment integration, and multiple vehicle registration.
